Actually bud, it is a double standard. We can get sent home from class or sims for not being in proper business casual attire. Good leaders lead by example.

How do you know what they were doing before picture, could've been doing habitat for humanity or similar.

Look I'm for jeans every day, however, no it is not a double standard. You sir are not an office worker. You are a Flight Crew Member. Causal Friday does not apply to you. If you would like to participate in causal Friday than become an office worker. Better yet work to change the policy for the 50+ pilots in ground school on any given Friday. "Good leaders lead by example" Instead of mocking management be a leader, make an argument to change the policy. A good leader would gather support from like minded individuals and work within the system to change the policy.

Oh wait its not a big deal, why waste my time, I hate this place, can't wait till I leave, why bother nothing changes, Management sucks. TW sucks, RE sucks, ALPA sucks, Endeavor sucks, and on and on and on! Like I said before Grumpy Airline Pilots Suck

As of yesterday, yes. In a few months, anybody's best guess.
That's for JFK, btw. Other bases are longer.

Eventually new hires will realize this. Right now...they are drinking the Delta's juice. No relief up top = stagnation. Do your research new hires!

Consider this. You can fly for Delta connection for 10 years, but you're still a glorified bus driver! AA WO's go direct to ground school. Don't waste your time with Endeavor until they pay up or enforce career progression. Think long term is all I suggest.

Only stagnation is top 500-600. Upgrade is faster than most especially if you have 1000 121. DTw and MSP are senior so if stagnation is MSP or DTW then you are right but company wide is moving at a steady pace. Career progression will come.
