Why is ASA opening up New York if you guys have it on lock down?
I know G7 was having trouble there.
Atlanta flying will be easier.

The pick up would only credit 150 or 200% for the value above what you dropped. To make it easy, say the reserve day was 4 hours. You picked up a 6 hour day trip. 4 hours would be 100% and 2 hours would be at the premium rate.

Replace our NYC 200s with there 7/900s. Or prepping for a merger. Depends on who you listen to.

Can't have a Merger unless Delta owns ASA/Express jet. Will they buy them? I doubt it! Not a good rumor.

A better rumor is that XJT will not exist and EDV will fly all their airplanes. Doesn't make sense to merge with a top heavy seniority list, not a good business model.

That's my guess. But what do I know. We'll probably read about it in the paper someday. The suspicious part is Delta has Endeavor doing MX for the ASA/ExpressJet side?

I worked at XJT CoEx side 10 years ago before the furflough, and I can tell you there is not a day that goes by that SkyWest regrets the purchase of that place. The attitude at that place is very negative no matter what the company does and is very counterproductive to any business model. I doubt that any business executive in the right mind would even consider such lunacy as a merger. It's like trying to merge with the titanic while it's sinking and hope things will get better!

Spreading their planes over more bases so when the planes are shifted to other DCI carriers, they can be split up quicker and transferred quicker.

Or Delta sells Endeavor to SkyWest because they really don't want to be in the regional business.
