Not surprised regarding the numbers. Right now AA WO's have a better overall package.
Keep in mind There's a good amount of us that can hold CA in NY but currently the company really doesn't entice us to commute to NY especially with our reserve rules. I'll keep my 20 minute drive to work and 18 days off until they can convince me to commute. Not gonna go down to 8 days off with commuting for an extra 20 grand. A divorce costs more than that if I'm never home.

But I agree they need to make it worth it.
Over 9yrs to hold dtw capt isn't good for recruiting efforts.
