How is the health insurance at ENDV? Monthly cost for a family of 5? Is there a waiting period?

In past vacancies the company has set the reduced company times and bases so all who had 1000 hours of company time were awarded upgrade in their preferred base before and all without 1000 company hours were awarded upgrade. Seems fair.

The anyone (return to work or otherwise) with 1k is upgraded in seniority order, then they can drop company time little by little until they fill 100% of slots.

Anyone notice upgraded crew trac doesn't suck?

It's actually pretty decent. I get coverage for my family of 6. - health dental and vision as well as decent life insurance and sock in some away into the FSA, also some disability and significant event coverage and pay 303 a paycheck. Pm for details if you want

The return to work gets it then... Times are only reduced if nobody meets the times, seniority doesn't matter if you don't meet the minimum times.
