Is it possible this thing is screwes up so bad they want to blame pilots instead taking the blame for delta legal? Or are they trying to get everyone to call their busdy on the list and get lms done early?

I don't remember ever seeing the 17th as a date for completion. I do recall 31 Mar being the goal of getting rid of paper. Personally, I was opening LMS and reading EFB Module 1 before it was finished being uploaded to the server.

The completion date is in the email telling a pilot the lms is assigned. It's in everyones inbox.

Well if it was, the FAA wanted it sooner! Hence the threat of extending it another 30 days. I agree they should have had a mandatory date or else earlier. As long as it gets done I don't care. I for one am glad it's almost here.
