Pretty sure it will be the company and the distribution of iPads....

I was a little concerned about the test as well after getting about half way through the LMS. The test questions are all in the FOM.

Anyone in the company can make a 100% on the "test" without doing any EFB training at all. Some might miss that last question, however...

Zed's all have to be done online now. If the airline still does paper zed's then you can't do one. I think Korean Air still does paper zed's. You can do a zed fare if you have been here for longer than 6 months. It's done via the travelnet page and going to other airline travel. It takes you to a different page. They are helpful though when Delta decides to oversell a flight and there's a ton of mainline non-revs.

When they told me that the plan was to sit there with the door open indefinitely, I said no, we're going to deplane. They actually put up a little bit of a fight saying "ops wants everyone to remain on board." I said no, they're getting off, made the announcement to the pax myself saying I was going to have them deplane, and it was done.
I like how they try to put up a fight like it's going to go their way or change your mind. They just want to do what's easiest for them as well as not having to deal with pax. Some agents also don't understand that we don't get paid hourly once we get to the airport like them also. I don't think there are too many guys that are trying to screw the company over by being a PITA but I don't know anyone who wants's to work for free either.

Sameness over here in lga. It's the slow part of winter. Once spring break and kids are out of school flying will pick up.
