EtD is an honor system gentleman's agreement, and to a certain extent I think it will be honored. But adding all PCL pilots to the DL list if they are shut down…no way in heck. Not even close.
I cant stop laughing.

If every pilot here had gone through the Delta interview process, they would not have ended the flow. This is a control issue for Delta management. The EtD pilots were given the Delta blessing, Delta had the "Control" of those pilots.

If a pilot is "mainline competitive," why not just interview at Delta instead of EtD?

We were far more successful getting people in the door before the EtD.
There's your answer man. If those that went through Etd are not staying, what does that tell you about the reality of the whole program....It's a false promise. While I don't think 9E will shut down in the next few years, If it did, you would be SOL like the rest of us. Think about it, If Delta was just going to add Etds to the bottom of the Delta list, why wouldn't they just do that to all at 9E and end the staffing problems?? As far as 3 year upgrades, you need hiring from the bottom to make you a captain even when large numbers are leaving at the top. Take me for example, even if 1000 pilots left tomorrow to DAL or wherever, I still would not upgrade unless we hired 300 or so pilots at that size a company. We haven't even hired 30 this year, at that rate, how long would upgrade be?? Do the math, there's no 3 yr upgrade here unless Delta makes a huge change to make this an attractive place to work-Etd simply didn't do it. Again, don't be fooled by movement at the top, it takes hiring at the same rate to make you a captain.

I would go elsewhere.

Yes, no interview if you have met all of the conditions, including the condition that requires you to be a captain for 2 yrs. They could easily argue this in court that you did not meet ALL of the requirements, its in writing. Can't argue with that.

The future of Endeavor is likely this:

Management continues to try and hire pilots until the rate reset. After the rate reset, we will have 4 years left on the Bridge Agreement. 9E stops hiring, Delta then lets attrition whittle 9E down to nothing over those next 4 years. At the end, Delta announces shutdown, with any remaining SSPs getting their interview, and the EtD's, if any are still here, get taken with the successful SSPs. 6 months after the BA ends, Delta closes the doors here.
