Seems crazy to me that they are only going to pay protect a certain group of downgrades. What about all the downgrades prior to 13-02 that cannot hold captain? The gross inequitable treatment of particular groups of pilots at Endeavor, continues in yet another form.

What about other qualified candidates who have lost their jobs due to no fault of their own who are no longer given preference at Delta prior to your illegitimate modification of the Delta PWA to benefit yourselves over other ALPA members?
Others in ALPA observe your yes voters whining over the deal you ratified and kinda go ... "serves you right."*
* writing with regard to your collective group, I do not know how you voted.

Well, I tell them that pretty regularly with regard to scope. But then APA pressed to test and it turns out ALPA's council was correct after all.
There are pensions. McKinsey's strategy (over and over again) was to dump them on the PBGC which will pay a percentage, then there was the claim note which was cashed in for around 60 cents on the dollar.
But Delta was actually bankrupt (it nearly got away from them). Pinnacle was simply a poorly performing division of a highly solvent organizational structure. Pinnacle was bailed out, then purchased, with nearly 2 billion dollars allocated to capital expenditures, 1 billion of which was contracted with Bombardier.
When there was a source of money (US Air's buy out attempt) the Delta pilots were smart to immediately leverage that (reference the claim note).
... and while you highlight the darkest days of your parent company's history ... Delta's pilots were still paid at the top of their peer group. Other airlines patterned their contracts up based on Delta's post bankruptcy contract.
But hey, if you don't like Delta, or our pilots, please make that clear in your interview.

You do realize that most of what happened to Pinnacle was orchestrated by your precious Delta? They knew that Pinnacle was floundering, and they gave them a little push over the edge. Then they came in and swept up the pieces. It was their plan all a long to create another cheap operator to use for their whipsaw game. Delta is ruthless when it comes to their contract companies. IE: Comair, Pinnacle, Regional elite, Delta Global, now Simplicity. And you guys laugh all the way to the bank with increased bonuses while the list of good people that Delta screwed over at the contract level grows and grows.
The only one with the power to stop the execution of that plan (at least as far as screwing over regional pilot labor) was your pilot group.
I agree completely with what you wrote.

HAHAHAHA, is this a joke? If i were to ever risk my life jumpseating on Endeavor i would for sure tell the crew what i felt and if they kicked me off...so be it.
I have voiced my opinion to an Endeavor pilot in the terminal, did he like it, no. Did i care, no. You do not deserve respect and you will get none from me no matter what venue it may be. Online, terminal or the jumpseat.
Oh and I do not jumpseat on companies who skip deicing an airplane that is covered in contaminants just so they can make their commute home. If these two clowns represent even half of what Endeavor has to offer then your entire group is pretty sad.
Go back to undermining the rest of the industry since that is all your pilot group is worth.
