It seems Endeavor gets plenty of applications and schedules folks for interviews, but less than half show up.

Here is the kicker - if you schedule an interview and don't show, Endeavor sends your name and application to Delta HR and according to this check airman, you aren't eligible for hire at Delta, ever. This check airman has no reason to lie either. Very professional guy.

So if you do schedule and interview and have no plans on taking the job, do it for practice or just call and cancel. Don't no-show.

Just wanted to make that known. Aviation is too small to burn bridges. You'll find yourself stuck on an island.

Not to mention most of these applicants will not be qualified to apply to Delta for years, will this collection of names still be around then? It seems like a lot of work for nothing, I would think the employees at Endeavor and Delta have better things to do with their time. The responsible thing to do would be to cancel your interview if you can't make it but let's not fool ourselves and think that Delta cares at all about what happens at Endeavor.
I can totally see Delta doing this. It fits their corporate attitude perfectly. This is the company that permanently bars anyone from interviewing who ever failed a panel interview with Delta or Northwest. This is the company that refused to hire Comair strikers. This is the company that has always embraced info tech and has terrabytes of date on everything their business touches. So while I do think PCL is spreading this to their advantage, it wouldn't surprise me one bit if it were true.

But really, what kind of db schedules an airline interview and no shows? I'd black list you too if i ran an airline. It speaks volumes of your character and reliability.

I'm already on the no-fly list and I don't want to be on both of them because I heard you have to scrub toilets for 6 months as reparations. I guess this class will just have to go on minus one person.

All my friends that are going to UAL tell me their classes start on tuesdays. They running a special one for you or are you just talking smack?

So any idea if going through the interview and being offered a job with Endeavor and turning it down would put you on some similar list? I wouldn't think so, but who knows.

Sounds like the safest course of action would be don't apply at Endeavor.

But if defending a group of pilots who are innocent then yes I "pollute" your little flying club on airlinkpilots.com.
What most of those bitter 9E guys don't realize is that us Colganites would still be most very happy to be right where we were before the events of Spring/Summer 2012...
I know I personally would love to be holding a line in Houston flying overnights to Del Rio and College Station.

Remember that it wasn't by choice that we migrated over to 9E, but rather by circumstance.
