If the pay scales of the new RAH TA that circulated around the internet happen to be true, the floodgates for f/os leaving will bust wide open again, me thinks.

I don't think so, Tim. It is only in the crew rooms where you find people like this huddling amongst themselves. To generalze an entire pilot group as poisonous and toxic is immature and mislead. What this pilot group has been through over the last few years is very deserving of a few disgruntled employees. I'd say 9 out 10 guys I fly with are professional and a pleasure to work with. I doubt the reason you left is because of the pilot group, rather you were junior and your seniority was a wash by leaving.

Judging by the RAH TA thread this doesn't seem to be the case. It might be a couple more dollars with a longer longevity scale but by it would take years and years to make your money back, I don't plan on being at a regional that long and I wouldn't think most people at 9E do either. I think I would leave the industry before taking another regional job.

Really? There's a lot if soft time that us lacking from their TA. Anyone with experience knows soft time is where a lot of money is made or lost. It doesn't always boil down to hourly rates my friend.

Score a win for management if this happens. Its not even that big of a difference, especially after the QOL hit from completely starting over.

The numbers Im referring to had f/os making $41 year 2 and topping out in the mid 50s. That pay scale was unconfirmed and released before the actual details of the TA. It was innaccurate, evidently. The actual TA hardly seems like a winner for the RAH pilot group.
