Not to open wounds, but what is the seniority number of the most CA from each of the three previous group? Just askin to see where I would have been had I stayed.

What? Not sure what you are talking about, what attitude? Why do you Compass guys constantly browse 9E threads and then at the slightest hint of good news having nothing but bad things to say? All I can read into that is insecurity with your decision. If all you felt at 9E was a "poisonous, toxic attitude" then it was probably more you than the pilots you were flying with. People are upset, they think the whole thing is bogus but I have never experienced the attitude you describe in a cockpit. Never. I have jump-seated on Compass, it was just another regional cockpit no different than any 9E cockpit I have ever worked in. Things are bad at 9E but it is just another regional. Not sure why you guys have to constantly come on here and try to validate your decisions to 9E pilots. You left, good for you.

I always wonder this to. My number was high 1600,s Employee number that is. I couldn't imagine still being there though. The Delta merge killed my commute.

I run into a lot of ex 9E guys in the 135/91 world. I actually liked the pilot group there. The MSP and DTW guys were great. Didn't meet much of the MEM guys.

I can only assume you feel threatened by us Compass guys that keep coming on to "your" thread. It validates the fact that you are most likely jealous you can't get out. It hits a sensitive spot with you so I can see why you need to come on here and condescend guys like Mr. Mustache...and myself when all we do is post our personal experiences with the joke at is Endeavor. My hope is that we can help those pilot that are thinking about joining Endeavor realize what kind of place it is. It IS toxic and it IS a negative environment. Why pretend that things are A-OK there?

From someone who has seen both sides of the fence I can attest that Endeavor is the wrong side. You can't say that since it's all you know.

I like to keep up on all the juicy rumors and infiltrate "your" 9E thread because it's good entertainment. I will continue to visit your thread so I suggest you block me.

Ya know... I just don't get it. Things aren't great here, by any means, but the mindset that you are presenting is jaded. Anyone who has wanted to leave, can and has to a large degree. The latest ISL is rather proving of that statement. The company and association have set up events to help in interview/resume prep AND have been granting personal leave for interviews, in many cases when the staffing is horrible to "drop".

I won't defend mgmt, and things could be "fixed" or "helped" quickly from them, but saying that the pilot group is "toxic", when you don't work here anymore is inconceivable. Pilots are angry, do you blame them? Saying it's "toxic" and being at compass is the arrival at Mecca, is a very poor viewpoint. As a recent downgrade, and going back to the left in a few weeks, everyone will discuss the issues at hand, but doesn't make anything close to a toxic working relationship. The pilot group here is all that I know in the 121 environment, and contains folks from previous "Pinnacle, Colgan, and Mesaba". Guess what, they all have the 5% of A-holes, but otherwise good folks, like all carriers.

Grow up. You left to better your career, by your viewpoint, so move on. Keep it up for the same label of another previous-9E colleague that is known and only hurting himself with derogatory posts. Your actual name is already known by your previous posts. Didn't even see the connection myself. Good job with the abstract name.

*rant off.

I don't think so, Tim. It is only in the crew rooms where you find people like this huddling amongst themselves. To generalze an entire pilot group as poisonous and toxic is immature and mislead. What this pilot group has been through over the last few years is very deserving of a few disgruntled employees. I'd say 9 out 10 guys I fly with are professional and a pleasure to work with. I doubt the reason you left is because of the pilot group, rather you were junior and your seniority was a wash by leaving.
