Default Endeavor (9E) interviews and offers?

ALPA email today says 49 (30 if which were CA's) resignations in January and 29 (24 of which were CA's) so far for February.

19 of them to DAL in January. 13 of them to DAL in February.

At least one Endeavor candidate is now blacklisted at Delta Air Lines permanently for no-showing new hire ground school.
How do you know this person is blacklisted?

Has anyone been upgraded in the last few months? Just curious if people moving on is resulting in movement.

We just downgraded guys and now a lot of them will be reinstated as captains. I think we will need a few more bids to see how numbers go.

Default Endeavor (9E) interviews and offers?

40 upgrades this month...more coming next month per our union email. Looks like things are getting ready to move around here.

Also talks for a co-domicile LGA/JFK. Hopefully this will translate into improvements in our contract. Fingers crossed..

As stated above...those upgraded were downgraded not that long ago...so it cancels out.

Losing +1 pilot a day and only low single-digits are showing up for the initial classes.

This is not going to end well.... Waiting for the meltdowns and cancellations to begin.

A favorite base manager predicts we will be out of business within 3-5 years for lack of pilots. Take it for what it's worth...basically nothing

Guess what? Delta has a plan. They are reducing our fleet to 81 aircraft.
