Endeavor (9E) interviews and offers?

LOL, nah, very senior 777 Capt (applicant) screwed up (crashed the sim) and Kicker thought it would be professional to kick the back of the capt chair. unfortunately for kicker, capt was good friends with some very important people at FedEx. I understand his buds want to defend him, but he was a toolbag for kicking a guys chair. Hell the guys I know at FedEx, Im surprised Kicker was able to drive home with 4 inflated tires.

Ouch... this coming from an instructor from an airline that has crashed airplanes. I dare you to compare Mesaba's safety recored to Pinnacle's any day. How many Mesaba orals have you been through to compare? I've been through many Mesaba training events and 1 too many Pinnacle training events. No comparison. Mesaba was fair and effective. Pinnacle was a ******* show. I learned more in the XJ training events than I ever did at 9E.

A hostile training environment using fear and intimidation is the only way to go.

Don't start chief, I think I still owe you a saucer night BTW. I've watched this thread. I find irony in the guy coined "pink slip" has the highest pass rate (and is actually a great guy if you don't try and BS your way through an oral), and the guy accused of "kicking the chair" is a bus FO at purple when the guy red screened the sim. Back seat driving is easy, but stating the truth is a whole new ball game.
Those who "fear" the guy you call "pink slip" is the guy I would do an oral, PC, or type ride with any day of the week. He's a straight shooter. You either know your stuff, or you don't. The XJ way is far different. In my opinion, too easy. No digging in orals (just to teach something new), only basic failures in PC's. You need to learn something in a training event.
Say what you want, but things are changing, and not in the way that helps pilots truly know the plane they are flying. I can't tell you how many times it has been helpful to truly "know" the plane from training to be helpful on the line.
How the so called "pink slip" didn't get the SSP truly bothers me. Say what you want, but I'd vouch for him any day of the week.

Again, I have no beef with Delta, FedEx or any other airline training dept except for Pinnacles (it wasn't Endeavor when I went through). Pinnacles' training dept was ridiculous and a good chunk XJ pilots who jumped the fence to the 9E side will say the same if you ask them. Fear and intimidation is the way of the game over there...at least it was when I went through.
