Question Per Diem

What was your average take-home FO pay per month for the first 6 months with Endeavor once you factored in Per Diem?
Trying to make some budget planning decisions for my family.

Every single seasoned pilot will tell you the same thing. Budget for min contractual guarantee times base pay rate and NOTHING else. The sage like wisdom of pilots past, has always been do not count on your per diem to pay bills. That is there to offset the costs of living on the road. Even if you meal plan and take 100% of your meals, you will still need that per diem to offset some trip spending. There might be shoulder months where you fly so little that you get next to no per diem and just min guarantee. You want to be ok with that.

Budget for 75 hrs guarantee X hourly rate. Thats the safest bet. Anything on top is a cushion.
