Does anyone have any updates on the flow for a hire date after 2021 under the CAP program? Has there been any reason why someone didn't flow? Looks like they don't require a degree, but says it's recommended still. Just curious on if delta is nitpicking and it not being an actual true flow such as the AA wholy owned ones. Thanks

what a crock . They kicked a bunch of people out of the 07'/09' NW/DL flow cause they decided to change the parameters in the middle of the game and make everyone have a bachelor degree even though folks had 10,000 plus hours . They could change stuff in a heartbeat if they want , just depends how desperate they are or not .

Was this a contractual flow like what's in place now? I don't know the history of what you are talking about, but it sounds like the flow now would be hard to change the parameters of who gets taken. Come 2029 when the contract is up for negotiation, they definitely could change the CAP requirements. Judging by your comments, you had a chance to flow in the initial group or second group and turned it down. You can't blame anybody for not taking that opportunity. I get the flow wasn't perfect for everyone. Stop crapping on it lol.

Have to agree with this but I would also say that "senior level directors" also said there would never be a flow and look where we're at now. Take what a director says with a grain of salt because if theyre issued a directive from above they will do it.
