in a perverse way it makes sense. Delta wants to be able to control the people that come through the doors and this would be the only way to do it. Will be interesting to see. Is endeavor still doing FO interviews at all?

A Call for a Call
Good morning -
I could be starting a fire here, but recently received a call to schedule the preliminary phone interview.
Has anyone recently done this? I am interested in the setup and flow of the call. Understaning this is very preliminary and likely not for an immediate class date...I am guessing this would be a screening for a possible in person/virtual interview.
Stats: ~2,500TT, all but 200hrs military fixed wing. My goal is to be at DAL mainline, but Endeavor is the only company (of many) to call that I've applied to.

To be completely honest, asking around, I have not heard of this being widespread / standard, but times are changing. I'd expect some basic screening to see if you're a good fit for an interview, but expect to have an actual in person interview too if you check the right boxes. Wish I could tell you exactly what they're looking for but it already sounds like you have a little more time than the average bear. Good luck!
