Judging by the number of captains I've flown with that never single engine taxi, I'm gonna have to go with OOfff on this one. They may very well have the technology described, but I've never heard of anyone being called in over it.

I don’t know who is delta vs Endeavor in this discussion, so I’m not sure what side is saying what... but I can say that at Republic we had communication pre Covid about how Delta was looking into our single engine taxi performance. There was also talk that it could have been affecting hiring potential there, but that may have just been line rumor, though I honestly thought it was someone who was involved with delta interviews for us who made that statement.
We had 77 captains I believe who were individually called out (not by name) by the company in the communication about not single engine taxiing and they were individually contacted according to one captain who was on the list and told me on the line they were contacted. And he never single engine taxied out when I flew with him.

I see where one of the Delta owned / Skywest formerly operated CRJ200s flew from Kingman to Salina a couple of days ago. Does anyone know if it's joining the Endeavor fleet and how many of the 18 that are parked there are going to be added?

fv here and I will say I fought this up and down before leaving the office and they cannot and will not use or access the single engine taxi data by employee number. Not only is this against the contract SE taxi makes absolute no sense in the RJ when taxi time is under a half hour, and you have the APU off and two engine operating. (900) Not only in a fuel and workload management stance, but also right engines are replaced due to FOD damage more than the left due to higher thrust settings during breakaway. The list goes on and on and on, still cringing at that article.
