In Delta service it is 1:1 because of scope, but OO could operate them for another carrier.

Fair enough. I'd be shocked to see anything outside of what's been committed to AA be flown by OO. Frankly, I'd be shocked to see them staff what they're committed to right now, between absorbing the EV AA 700 flying, adding the remainder of the DL 175SC and adding a few more AS 175.

The tale of the missing tail entails the following:
Mx said they bought a new tail section from South or Central America but couldn’t install it because there was skin damage that needs to be fixed. The repair cost is well over a million so far.

I believe there were 4 ExpressJet/ASA CRJ-200's that came over. All 4 were EV tails, right?

I noticed N858AS is now registered to Pinnacle Partners LLC. Who is that and where will this airplane end up?

Not that it's a question related to the former, but could more 200's come over from there after all?

5. 686BR, 924/927/980/981EV. Of the 12 that were supposed to come over, the remainder are in service at OO (not all in DL paint, for what it's worth. I've seen at least 1 that was supposed to come to 9E, now at OO, in United paint.)

Pinnacle Partners appears to be a small to midsized company that is completely unrelated to Endeavor and the former Pinnacle Airlines. It may be going under conversion to a corporate jet. Looks like they do real estate and maybe staffing.

858AS along with two others were brought out of the desert late last year and brought to OKC where OO did their own heavy checks on them and sold them out. OO plans on selling more out of the desert, according to a source familiar with the matter.
