Aviationinterviews.com. Pay the $20. Read the entire study guide. Only takes 2 to 3 hours. It’s spot on. Good luck!

I paid the money it is well worth it. I have been using them as study guides to get ready for interviews hopefully next month.

Paid for nothing. Read the free gouge on willflyforfood and interviewed. About the simplest interview you’ll ever attend. Just be yourself and don’t have an attitude.

..Bad advice. Interviews change, and the current gouge out there may not be what is currently being used..

You obviously haven’t interviewed at Mesa or CommutAir. Mesa, a phone convo, CommutAir uses Skype

Trust me. Pay the miniscule amount for aviation interviews. Worth every penny. Constantly updated. Great study guide format. Depending on your background it’s a huge help. Would you rather walk in over or under prepared? Even with 10 years CRJ experience I had 2 questions on my interview I wouldn’t have been prepared for without the prep. Endeavor uses the Delta interview grading format. Do it right.

Can you expand a bit on the grading criteria? I’m not familiar and haven’t seen a reference to it on Aviation interviews.com

I did, actually. Also got the CJO. The EDV interview was no tougher, minus the flight and briefing a Jepps plate.

Not sure what you mean by using Delta interview grading format, since the EDV interview is NOTHING like the DL one.

As long as you aren’t a moron, can brief a Jepps plate, and are a personable sort (someone who you would want to be in a cockpit with for 3-5 days), and don’t come across with the attitude that you are owed the job (several from other 121 companies have been passed over for this reason alone), you will do fine. Totally low-key interview.
