Current Interview Gouge

Not sure what you mean by using Delta interview grading format, since the EDV interview is NOTHING like the DL one.
As long as you aren’t a moron, can brief a Jepps plate, and are a personable sort (someone who you would want to be in a cockpit with for 3-5 days), and don’t come across with the attitude that you are owed the job (several from other 121 companies have been passed over for this reason alone), you will do fine. Totally low-key interview.

I quoted you because you are the first person I have ever heard say that EDV uses the DL interview grading criteria. Can you elaborate on this please?
Why are you quoting me? Im just trying to help prospective new hires. Not everyone has the 121 experience. Telling a flight instructor to not worry about it is a terrible idea. I was asked a lot about Mach tuck, what’s an anti servo tab? Not easy questions for most. And I promise they use the Delta grading criteria. I never ever said it was a Delta interview. Congrats on your superior skills.

The HR portion is a bit tougher, but they're just looking for honest answers.
Why EDV? TMAAT you had a conflict with a coworker. TMAAT you lead an initiative at your job and what were the results.

Tl;dr endeavor has their own interview but uses a grading scale based on what Delta does to select pilots.

I will elaborate. When I interviews last year, they did use a grading scale similar to what Delta uses when hiring pilots. I wanna say like in a few categories it’s 1-5, 5 being the highest for a candidate. It’s no where near a Delta interview but their points system in taking on a new pilot is “similar”. They also mentioned something along the lines they try to look for people they feel would “fit in” at delta. Not totally obviously. But they’re trying to hire Delta material.

I recommend the Quizlet airline interview sets for interview prep. They do a good job of blowing the dust off technical questions.
The tech part of the interview seems to be tailored to your background.

Not sure if its relevant since its so old but I interviewed in Mar 2016 and the captain interviewer knew the seminole. I was asked questions about the PA-44 electrical and a few other small things.(since i was teaching a lot of multi) FWIW
