Default Block v. Actual Block v. Credit

Newb question here, but trying to figure out how pay really works.

Example: I have a day that was schedule blocked for 8:15. My actual block was 7:56. My credit was 8:02.

Does someone mind explaining how all that works? We don't get the scheduled block for pay?

Thanks!

We get "Scheduled Average Time". It's basically the historical average that flights on that route blocked, not what it's scheduled to block that day. Sometimes "SAT" is more than that days actual block, but often it's a few minutes less. That's why credit tends to be a little less than block most days (but if you block more than SAT even if it's still under scheduled block you get the actual block (but still not the full scheduled amount) We get "SAT" or better. Of course we also have the 4 hour min day protection too.
