Isn't that exactly their business? I mean, they want to stem attrition, right? Knowing where people are going can help them build a package to keep people from going to certain places.

I'm going to play devil's advocate. Who cares where the more senior (expensive) employees go as long as you are getting a steady stream of junior (cheap) guys to replace them? All we are is just bricks in Delta's profits machine wall. Delta doesn't care who the bricks are as much as how much they cost (as long as they don't bend metal).

True. It's just a matter of weighing the training costs and loss of productivity.

PRIA act, unless you leave for a non airline job you have to report this job to your new employer that then has to inquire about your records here.
