Hi everyone!

I am a former 9E guy and have a room in Astoria (Ditmars), Queens, I'm going to be putting up for someone to take over. I figured I'd post it here first since it was an awesome location for someone LGA based, enjoys great roommates, nightlife, and food!

3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. 3 other roommates (not in aviation: 2 females, 1 male. All working professionals). Near 38th St and 20th Ave, which is a 10-minute walk to the N and W train. I used to Lyft going to work so I wasn't late ($10), and then took the M60 bus to Steinway and walked home. It's a bit of a walk, but hey, it's NYC

$828 + utilities/mo. Furnished (willing to sell the bedroom set in there) or unfurnished. The lease is until the end of August 2018.

This place would be best suited for someone who enjoys the city/food/nightlife, is social, clean, and is up for adventure. I'm 28, was single, and had nothing stopping me from moving to base with Endeavor... I think someone who is in a similar situation as I was would thoroughly enjoy it.

Any chance you could provide pictures of the digs? Oh, and pics of the girl with whom you were sleeping. QoL is important to some of us.
