Thanks! That's interesting! I would assume because people are not upgrading?

Yes we have a large number of MSP FO's that refuse to commute for the upgrade, as well as several in DTW. Will that change with the new TA, I doubt it...

For anyone thinking of coming here. I would wait to see if this T/A passes. If it does pass they will implement the additional 10,000 dollar bonus. That’s an extra 10 grand in your pocket.

That's interesting, thanks.

It's still a bit off for me but I'm thinking about it, however base is the biggest factor with schedules being the second. It's either drive 45 minutes or 2-3 hours and possibly a crash pad to pick up stuff.

...and obviously having CJO at both.

Pretty sure that wasn’t the intent on the additional $10K above the $10K already in place. That additional $10K will be used if new hires drop below a certain level. So when needed, was my understanding.

Yea great idea give up 100+ seniority numbers in case TA passes. What if it doesn't?
Keep flight instructing?

Really, people are not gonna stay here that long for that to even matter.

Seriously, just read AviationInterviews.com
Do they expect Alternate Minimums specific to 91, 135 or 121 (assuming 121 is different from 135)? I've only done 135 the last few years, so wondering if I need to brush up on 91 stuff, too.

I would brush up on the 91 stuff. I came from 135 as well prior to Endeavor. Although, I was hired last year but it seems the questions are still similar to back then. I was asked part 91 IFR stuff like when needing an alternate (123 rule), fuel requirements (to dest and/or alt +45), and briefing an approach (part 91). The 121 IFR rules are similar to 135 but not quite the same.
