No vote now gets you a 6% raise

I'd prefer 18% plus 1%DC and a $40,000 retro check for Christmas. I've never had to get a doctor's note and don't plan on having to get one anytime soon. And I don't consider it a big deal if I do because I'm honest.
But that's just me.

Where is the complaining about other employees getting a raise. Good for them. I always thought they would get a raise and 3b4 would lift us up if the company decided to drag this on. What this means is we will be getting a 6% raise if we vote No. Seems pretty straight forward.
Before today, the tune was if you vote no, we will not get a raise for a very long time. Now it is, if you vote no, I guess you'll get a 6% raise, but but but there is no way you will ever get anything more than that for a very long time.

Work rule concessions can't be quantified so easily. What value does each individual pilot place on potentially verifying all sick calls for the rest of their career due the lookback. What value does a MCO pilot place on losing perdiem to do daytrips out of MCO via a NYC trip? You can't place one so easily

Exactly why 3b4 is triggered and would give pilots a 6% raise
