Anyone have the list of concessions they get with this 6% raise?
An important piece of information is the other employees don't have a contract. The company can impose work rule changes at will. Good or bad. OFG

I'm sure your DPA buddies do. Go ask them over on chitchat.

Let's see, drive to work, or commute up on a jumpseat to sit in a middle seat in the back of a MadDog to deadhead back home.

Tough choice.

Oh, and get 21% more than I make now to do it.

I can live with the loss. QOL and all that ya know.

Um. Yeah, I can live with that.

That 3.3B includes "projected" profit sharing

Tough choice.
They would just stay home on the deviated deadhead and earn extra pay that a virtual base would eliminate. They would actually work more with a virtual base.

I know you know that. Keep trolling.

I'M trolling?

I'll still take the 21% pay increase over 6% anyday.

I'm not. There is literally nothing that can come from this that won't reduce jobs and dilute flying in real bases. They wanted to "stand up" a 330 base but version 1.0 didn't include that (version 2.0 absolutely will). Chess vs checkers.

A few pilots to having to commute for a few months is an unacceptable level of gain for the permanent loss of jobs if we're dumb enough to make this permanent.

First of all, the chess vs checkers analogy was played out 5 years ago. It's boring and doesn't relate to this at all.

Second, regarding this whole thing; You have an opinion and a vote just like me.
