This thread is silly, and the outstanding C20 letter above shows why.

I had no idea that one of the company negotiators just breezed out early, after all of the other nonsense too...

There has been a lot of rhetoric here blaming the MEC, NC, the yes crowd, the no crowd etc when much of the blame should be placed squarely at the feet of the company.

I share your opinion on "much". It's unfortunate we have to spend so much time trying to make our MEC function normally, but a huge parge of thr problem was a gross company overreach last year.

Ever heard of this thing in our contract called 3b4?

United and American are handing out raises like candy. If you don't think that affects Delta's ability to prevent giving raises to the other employee groups to avoid giving us a raise, you are smoking crack.

Oh and voting No to anything that doesn't include full retro is a steady path as well.

It has zero effect on the companies ability to grant raises. They will give a 3 or 4% general raise on 1 Apr 17 like prior years. We will get the same raise.

Wait! We will get a 3% raise without negotiations!

Hold the press. I thought we need to agree to concessions to get a 3% raise in 2017, 2018 and 2019!
