Last four of SSN, with 9999 being top and 0001 being M88.

Only funny because it's true. Although NYC 717B might be bottom these days.

Would it be accurate for one to assume that the longer it takes for this AE to come out, the more spectacular the numbers will be? Something along the lines of MOAB status?

Doubt it.

Well they’ve said from the start it will be small. But they also said it was yesterday. So take with a grain of salt. If it doesn’t happen until January I’d assume they’d do some combination with the feb and/or march bid to space them out but I’ve been wrong before. Once.

SS is completely random right? So if one is 4999 when the range is 0001 to 9999, does that mean about 50% in class? Or does this math not really work in this case?

9999 = Number 1
0001 = Last person

4999 wouldn't necessarily be 50% because you could have a crap ton of the class with high last 4s. My last 4 is in the 9000s and I was 5 from the top of my class.

They said it was going to be a small clean up bid. I am under the impression that Bombardier fulfilling 12-17 of their projected 30 deliveries this year+tariff issues means that we are waiting to see what happens with that.

Just a guess, but these guys can’t figure out what planes are staying, what planes are going, and if and when our planes on order are going to show up anytime soon. Kind of hard on their part to plan with so many unknowns.

They don’t hire based on ssn though, that is just how the drop works.

I had a 2500’s seniority number, in a class of 30 I was 11 from the bottom.

In a perfect math world I would have been about 7.5 out of 30.
