Richard said during NA15 that we could choose the easy route and ratify NA15 or vote down NA15 and follow the "more traditional" route...but that there would be no more $$ involved. Anyone who thinks Ed isn't going to follow Richard's road map might want to steer clear of any random substance abuse testing.

IMHO, RA is playing us like a cheap fiddle. EB is simply the chorus. If we don't help ourselves, our management most certainly will not. Let us never forget.....from management's perspective, we are simply a cost to be contained. No more. No less. It's past time that WE determine what we are worth, and not let that number be dictated to us.
