Default Delta to UPS rates...

Does anyone have the numbers on what percentage pay increase we would need to match the new UPS rates?

Judging by the $270 12 year CA B777 rate as posted here on APC...a hair over 11%.

Based on the $255 12 year CA A330/764 rate as posted here on APC...a tick under 18%.

Worth noting the UPS top rate is 15 years longevity, and is largely based on the 763.

7ER CA $300 effective 8/1 with full retro

Other aircraft pay the same percentage above or below 7ER.
CS100/300 = MD88 at a minimum because it is the replacement.
A350 = 777/747

Based on the $226 12 year CA 7ER rate as posted here on APC...that's 32.75%.

I'm ready to vote NO, strike, or whatever it takes to get it right. We are far from getting it right at this point. If management wants to prolong the fight, which apparently they do, I'm ready.

Not trying to pick a fight here, but there is SO much BS on this forum that is just thrown out and nobody seems to want to fact check. You seem to be a big part of this...
.
UPS did NOT get ANY retro in their TA (after many yrs of negotiation).
.
They will, however, get a signing bonus of $60K. (Chump change compared with retro)
.
And, if ratified, it will take effect 01 Sep, NOT 01 Aug
.
(At least according to my brother, who is also a 767A there)
.

UPS is also getting value added to their pension....when is the last time..besides a government/state entity....got value added to their pension? Management keeps trying to devalue our PS which was a replacement for.......our pension.

UPS is getting new rest facilities in flight and on ground ....crickets for us.
Don't even get me started on their duty day rules...better than ours.

The company assumes we will get a new contract right away when the one they proposed expires. Company shows numbers like UPS captains making $318 an hour...it's more with the life of the contract...AND UPS FOs will be making more than some DAL captains.

Thanks for playing...4th floor, back you go
