Well,

Retro is, in a sense, being paid out as a signing bonus. It's 60K for captains and 40K for FOs and the guys hired since 2014 will have a pro-rated amount. It was calculated loosely as the difference between fixed 2013 rates and 3% per year on top of that from Jan 1 2013 to DOS.

Sept 1st will be the date of signing, if passed, so not a concession.

We gave up a lot of potential contract improvements to get that A-plan bump.

You gave up improvements for improvements? We usually give concessions for improvements. Zero sum game. Yes, zero is our favorite number.

So great pay rates for all, but some ugly in the deal. I'd entertain that. We can't even get a rate proposal that recognizes us at the value we were in 2004.

HEY NOW. In ATL we got a massage parlor for the flight attendants put into our crew room. It takes up half the crew room and saves the flight attendants from losing anything on their massive side.

So... there's that.
