Exactly. UAL+ with zero concessions is the absolute theoretical floor. Even that won't MEMRAT if we don't get a real vacation system. 3:15 a day with 0:15 pay/no credit is absolutely unacceptable. Close to or above 5 hours a day pay and credit, with no ability to pick up more, should be the absolute floor.
I really want a list.

So at what point do new hires become eligible to vote on the TA? I know you need to be off probation (duh) but when? Anytime before the vote, before it's released for MEMRAT, before the reps vote...........

3:15 vacation absolutely sucks. That is a deeply concessionary cancer from an era where the fear of liquidation was the primary motivator. It is time that ends. And pay/no credit is a non starter. Our vacation sucks. It needs to get significantly better.
