I don't have the seniority to picket, on a Tuesday, maybe.

Since picketing will be at ALL pilot bases, you can bid trips that end or start on the 24th and picket after or prior to work, or alternatively, you can bid a layover at a pilot base that could allow you to come help out for 30 minutes or an hour? Just a thought. There will be some prior "training" required but see if that works for you.

2 questions, 1st- is Delta allowing Endeavor pilots to picket with/for them, and 2nd- will picketing with a CJO have any effect on that cjo?

Why would you risk it?
eta: I get and respect the desire to show support and solidarity, but I just wouldn't want to rock the boat until the job is well in hand. Just my .02

As some wise folks told me, keep your head down and on the sidelines until you are off probation

Just some advise from a old retired guy. My goal when I got hired was to retire without any chief pilot knowing my name. I was successful. That doesn't mean I didn't walk picket lines.

...but not on probation is the point being made. Shirley, you can't be serious with this advice for a guy who has a CJO and isn't even on property yet, can you?

DALPA Reps - Please consider local rush hour traffic for the pilots wanting to picket in the larger bases. In order to maximize pilot participation, keep it simple... its ALL about the timing.
