I think they are Iranians, check out the photo credits, also, that's probably why the overhead lights are on (for the photo shot).

While the company has acknowledged that the uniform change is not enforceable for six months after the policy change date, I would comply with that policy while on probation. The black lanyard with red ALPA lettering is in full compliance with the new policy. I would wear it. At 400 hrs + 1 minute, I would have my ID hanging from an orange lanyard.

Or you could do like the other 10,000 of us do and clip your ID to your shirt pocket with the little metal clip thing-y and not give a **** about lanyard policy.
