C2K was signed in 2001.
Edit: yes, yes, I know contracts don't expire under the RLA. Became amendable, rather.

By that logic, I choose to call it C2004.

There was an LEC meeting a JFK yesterday, John Malone was there. I only got to JFK about 6pm for a late sign in, but I heard the CP attended the meeting and I heard that JM told the crowd you are legal to wear the orange lanyard right now. Our contract stipulates that management must give us 6 months to comply with any uniform change. So, for at least 6 months, you are good to wear the orange lanyard.
I had mine on, I saw about 20 out of 40 other pilots in/around the JFK lounge that also had theirs on. Just wear it.
