Curious about these backpacks too. There have been numerous posts in the Tool Of The Day thread about regional kids with backpacks. So what's up?

This. I looked as well and couldn't find it. It disbapeered - to quote my kids.

They haven't backed off the lanyard policy, they've changed tactics & doubled down. Latest Flight Ops new letter/smoke up your a$$ from Dickson...they are incorporating the lanyard policy AND wristbands into the FOM.

Yet I still see guys making gatehouse PA's, cheery welcome aboard announcements with freakin tour guide info & weather channel diagnostics. I'm friends with 20'ish guys on a private chat group...gushing about all the GS available.

We are our own worst enemy.

The newsletter says a traditional silver chain is acceptable, never seen one...I'm surprised they did not define the size of the links.

I'm really going to value my days off this summer. I don't need the extra money.

For those who aren't aware, inverse assignments pay double time without needing to meet the green slip trigger.

What a joke. Meanwhile, over at inflight, bracelets on top of other bracelets, eyeglass lanyards with bangles all over them, huge necklaces over turtlenecks, hair all over the place. Baggage of every manner and 4 or 5 pieces at that. Do they still wear jeans in October? This is all about telling you you're naughty. Nothing more. I'm an adult and I will wear what I want. Got a problem with my wearing a religious icon or a lanyard provided by my Union? Go ahead and discipline me. Just let me know who my attorney should send the papers to.

Day 366 at Delta, Alpa lanyard showed up in the mail today at home. Been off probation for a while but still nice to be past that and a year so I don't have to question it at all...just have to enjoy 9 days with my kids before I wear it.
