Polling Begins Next Week
Phone polling only.
This is completely unacceptable.
EVERY Delta pilot must have the opportunity to be heard.
The questions need to be released and there must be a survey online.
NOTHING changes. All the admin, the "yes 18" and the negotiating committee must go.
A phone polling? Really? It's 2015, not 1970.
Make sure you participate in the recalls. These guys are still ignoring us 100%.

The last phone polling I got from the Wilson center had ALL of the questions set so as to frame the answer. An answer already predetermined by DALPA. If they do this again we need to have a big and vigorous response that the poll is not valid. I expect the questions will be preposed much like the "have you stopped beating your wife?"..

Exactly..Until we get an MEC Chairman(like Malone) that will actually use the polling info, it is a waste of time doing the poll. DALPA gets the results and says these guys are idiots. Let's go rogue and decide what is best for all the pilots on our own.
