Guys,

Bucking Bar is now a committee chairman on this administration. This is a nightmare for him because he does not want to lose that Cush job. He was here lying about what's in the TA, then deleting his posts and running. He did the same thing here which is why I'm glad some of you quoted his posts before he deleted them and ran again.

Removing Bucking Bar and making him a line pilot again will be as important as removing Nestor and Harwood.

I have resolved myself that the only way to fix this mess is the recall of at least 1/3 of these guys to swing the majority to the other side. The entrenched MEC members must go. I have heard from to many reps that they hold too much power.
C44 is up for election in September. A recall threat isn't really a player there. Elections will happen first.

Generally, Jerry likes to call for the recall of Reps from other councils. It is inappropriate. The members of each Council elect their reps. When invited, as a guest, to other councils including Jerry's, I treat the members with respect and hold the reps who won the election of their pilots with the highest regard. They perform a tough task and nothing repays the hours they commit to the task, away from their families and the things they enjoy.

But, if respect isn't your thing, then you need to at least have an actionable plan beyond vindication. Best if the question you ask yourself is, "what is best for the Delta pilots."

When the 18 yes put their name on that letter they disregarded the pilots they are supposed to represent.

All 18 must be recalled. Nestor is at the top of the list. They run saying they are scope hawks then they make scope concessions during record profits.

You broke your promise and it's time to go.

This TA has significant scope improvements and results in more Delta flying being done by Delta pilots. The language stops corporate shell games from being used to evade scope, it is the largest recapture of Delta flying, ever.

Whether Jerry runs or not is not germane... thought you were better than that.

The point is there are 18 reps that are NOT following the direction of their members.

They have to go.... NOW.

I will be submitting a recall for all four 44 LEC reps.

Voted NO, Now 44 Must Go!

BB, please explain how this is the largest scope recapture ever in relation to our widebodys and JV agreement?

We went from out of compliance to in compliance with block hours in the blink of an eye.

Management got everything they wanted and we got ignored.

Putting management in compliance is not a win Buck. You have lost all credibility.

Did I mention more large RJs? I suppose that is a win to you too.

My reps have performed flawlessly. I would happily run in ATL, SLC, LAX or CVG if I was based there.

And maybe someday I will be.

Two agenda items calling for consideration for the recall of council 108 ca rep/chairman, and secretary/treasurer have been submitted for the next LEC meeting on August 7th.

If you want to see an end to concessionary TA's being put to the pilot group for vote- and an end to "gotta learn to say yes", and "were the smartest guys in the room" syndrome, These reps must be replaced!!

If you are not CVG based, look at the CVG bid lists and contact everyone that you know there. Ask them to attend. If they can't attend, have them print and sign a proxy and give it to someone who will attend.

Look for anyone in CVG who might be given flight pay loss to attend the meeting. Other than the reps, no one attending should be given flight pay loss.

The concessions will never end if we don't replace all of the "Yes 18"

Jerry
