I'm not going to do your homework for you. If you want to know, go fish!

He is not even in the correct order of magnitude, but in anonymous whiner forum-land, I guess that puts him only a little below the median.

You really should stop digging. Your number is not even close.

But please don't let facts interrupt a good rant.

You're deflecting and not answering the question, why?

This is not correct. RA "selling stock" is independent of the executive incentive plan in the PTIX definition change. Yes he has a lot of shares. As far as I know most all these shares are already vested and in his name, independent of the crux of the PTIX definition change. He can sell those vested shares, he can sell his boat, he can sell his backpack. The shares you are concerned about don't effect our $.

Now, if the board decides to reward the executives for a job well done and gives them a raise through the three letters: E. I. P. (otherwise known as the 2007 plan - read the annual shareholder report for details) then yes, that takes money out of the PTIX and out of our pockets. No one knows what this future figure will be. We can estimate with confidence intervals, but that has not been included in the information ALPA has distributed. All we know is last year it was $231M. Think they will get more than an 8% raise??? It could go up 100%, but it still will not have your alluded monstrous effect. It will, however make a dent in the 5.74%. The bigger dent is the eligible wage pool increasing in size which ALPA is keeping static in its model and slides. If other employees get raises, our PS goes down because the pool gets bigger, profit is smaller, and executives are likely given raises in the EIP.

ALPA will say the wage pool can get bigger under our current plan, but at least with our current plan, those increases only hurt half as bad because our PS is currently 20%.

$200m is the low estimate on annual effect. That is not included in the ps conversion formula.
RA equity is closer to this:
