LEC rep who voted for MEMRAT might vote NO
I have been talking to reps in the lounge at every chance I get and have started to ask how they plan to vote. An ATL rep said he is on the fence right now despite voting for MEMRAT. Think about that and then go vote!

My guess is that his "Yes" vote on the memrat was a decision to preserve a career path at DALPA. His "No" vote on the TA is a decision based on returning to the line once he gets recalled. Work rules take on a whole new level of significance when FPL is out of the equation.

I think it is a valid question to ask of all the reps who voted for MEMRAT. They were heavily influenced and pressured to send it to the pilots to vote no. I guess a no vote by the MEC was seen as week and a MEMRAT no vote carries a little more weight.

Are you undecided because you aren't sure if your yes vote is a good deal for the pilot group?
Or, are you on the fence because you aren't sure if your yes vote would be good for your ALPA political career?
If it's the second, you need to step down -- now.

Like the vote on whether to send to MEMRAT or not is a decision on whether HIS PILOTS would want to decide for themselves on this TA, and maybe his personal vote is a vote on what's right for him and his family?
Personally, I don't know how you can be anything but on the fence on this contract right now. The company is always targeting 51%. If this was an easy yes, it wouldn't be on the table.
