That's probably right which leads me to an interesting thought. What if the next concession DEMANDED by management is non-seniority list LCA's? When Donatelli comes to you and says: "Look guys, they said they HAD to have this or there would be no agreement." What will all the slowplays and shiznits and Trip7's etc say to make that case? That'll be yet more twisted logic.

According to the MEC, we do as long as we are patterning down to industry average. I wouldn't give them any ideas or they must decide to "unlock some more value."

It is, but I am not sure that is the world ending mother of all concessions that it is being made out to be. I... do... not... know... until I get more information. I see pilots doing public math, and we all know how good they are at that. 
My point was that he referred to it is 'crap' yet admitted he didn't know how these things affect him. I can't refer to most things on this TA as "crap" or good until I know the facts.
