I'm sure it feels pretty good to come on here. Throw some weight around and bully your way to some attention.

When did you join this board?

Please keep things germane to the TA.

I have only offered what Alpa experts say about the language in this TA. When asked I have offered my opinion.

Not ONCE have I encouraged an up or down vote.
Not once.

These are the facts.

Please cease your harassing behavior. It's limiting others abilities to gain access to information they need to make a decision.

Is that what this TA does for us?
That is EXACTLY what Donatelli thinks and will be hard selling at the road shows.

Well agree to disagree then

It's a fine line between answers and commentary, why some people like some news channels and others don't. Shoot, I haven't liked the answers to a lot of the question but I'm glad someone took the time to research them.

As I said, I'm probably a lost cause for the Professor. But I'm glad he has the balls to be here.

I assure you, I am going through the TA language. What I find troubling is the TA language oft times does not match the watered down information you are dropping here.

Don't post unless you are willing to provide answers with unbiased comprehensive detail. You are a paid volunteer. You signed up for it. As long as you have that affiliation, you will be held to a higher standard (ie you cannot just take that hat on and off at your whim).

We, the pilots of Delta are paying for you to provide accurate information. Donatelli is not your master. You answer to the pilot group, not some rogue leader bent on pushing his misconstrued TA through. Please do not forget that.

Wow! If TA is so "historic" and "so the best in the World" and those are the "facts" why would you need cops!?

My problem with this is that it is akin to Obamacare and it's 'good intentions'. I am sure that at this moment in time there is nothing nefarious in this. However, the camel is now in the tent. My "willingness" to allow access to my medical records - for the specific incident only - soon gets transformed into all areas access. I am VERY concerned that we are going to be forced to sign away our HIPPA rights and privacy. I have nothing to hide in my records, I think Dr Faulkner is a wonderful representative of both DAL and the pilots, but this worries me going forward. I don't see the protections here.
T,
You said without hyperbole exactly what I was saying hyperbolically.

This issue at the heart of obamacare is control. I get the same uneasy feeling about the new sick policy.

Good...

I am personally happy to hear that the underbelly of democracy still works.

Dear leader Donatelli played Chicago style when he should have played Iowa style.

Stating "Vote how you want" doesn't relieve you from providing accurate information as a representative who has been paid by DALPA to come here. You are the one haranguing this site, clogging it up with half truths piece meal in an attempt to change perception toward a yes vote. Please cease immediately.

Did the MEC Chair really say that? Dalpa itself had a bar graph on the MEC website shortly after the TA came out (it has since disappeared) that showed that over 1000 pilots had LCA trip drops last year.

So not even counting the ripple effect of The 75% LCA holdback, it effects far more than 2%.
