I'm sure it feels pretty good to come on here. Throw some weight around and bully your way to some attention.
When did you join this board?
Please keep things germane to the TA.
I have only offered what Alpa experts say about the language in this TA. When asked I have offered my opinion.
Not ONCE have I encouraged an up or down vote.
Not once.
These are the facts.
Please cease your harassing behavior. It's limiting others abilities to gain access to information they need to make a decision.

"We are moving forward as a unified group, taking the initiative, serving your direction, and capitalizing on this tremendous opportunity to put the past where it belongs and achieve the best pilot contract in the world." - Mike Donatelli
Is that what this TA does for us?
Is that what this TA does for us?

It's a fine line between answers and commentary, why some people like some news channels and others don't. Shoot, I haven't liked the answers to a lot of the question but I'm glad someone took the time to research them.
As I said, I'm probably a lost cause for the Professor. But I'm glad he has the balls to be here.

Don't post unless you are willing to provide answers with unbiased comprehensive detail. You are a paid volunteer. You signed up for it. As long as you have that affiliation, you will be held to a higher standard (ie you cannot just take that hat on and off at your whim).
We, the pilots of Delta are paying for you to provide accurate information. Donatelli is not your master. You answer to the pilot group, not some rogue leader bent on pushing his misconstrued TA through. Please do not forget that.

After today's in PTC, there might not be another. What was supposed to be an easy home victory turned into a rout! MED chair lost it and started yelling at the audience. When pressed by an FO about only 2% being affected by the LCA pull out he brushed her off with "well, you have your vote." Very vociferous exchanges and lots "information" going both ways. They even had the cops there in case it got "out of hand". Wait till he gets to NYC....

That's OK, this has been pretty rapid fire so I am sure it is several pages back. So refusal to turn over your records would ONLY result in not being paid? I would want that in contract language.
My problem with this is that it is akin to Obamacare and it's 'good intentions'. I am sure that at this moment in time there is nothing nefarious in this. However, the camel is now in the tent. My "willingness" to allow access to my medical records - for the specific incident only - soon gets transformed into all areas access. I am VERY concerned that we are going to be forced to sign away our HIPPA rights and privacy. I have nothing to hide in my records, I think Dr Faulkner is a wonderful representative of both DAL and the pilots, but this worries me going forward. I don't see the protections here.

You said without hyperbole exactly what I was saying hyperbolically.
This issue at the heart of obamacare is control. I get the same uneasy feeling about the new sick policy.

I am personally happy to hear that the underbelly of democracy still works.
Dear leader Donatelli played Chicago style when he should have played Iowa style.

So not even counting the ripple effect of The 75% LCA holdback, it effects far more than 2%.
