Come on Say alt, let it go. You sound like a little child. If you act like this people will stop reading the board and we need them to. This is one of the places that we can go to find out how much garbage is in this TA. Don't drive people away.

Why JV in TA discussion doesnt matter
Why JV scope discussion is irrelevant for dalpa and this TA
Because Alpa wont enforce it!
2000-3000 per pilot? And you call that enforcement? Fair enough. i call it capitulation.
And then the reset!
That be like: $5 for speeding 20 over in a school zone and the cop says you wont get a ticket next time unless its 30 over.
Amazing! U cant make this $hit up.

It's beer o'clock and this will be my last post for the day. I think maybe you should tend to your beer o'clock agenda too because you're not making sense.
If, according to one of your previous posts, the company goes from out of JV compliance to being in compliance overnight with this contract, how is that not a concession?
If we were only using 2 isle jets in the analysis and now are allowing 757s or smaller into the equation with the new contract, how is that not a concession?
If the company was at 51% block hours while none compliant and now can go to 49% and be compliant, how is that not a concession?

Wait, you sat in on both days of the TA review and they didn't go over this at all?
This allows management to completly replace the former NRT hub with outsourced flights, and even the guy who was on FPL with the intention of being able to educate other pilots on this TA has no idea what it means?
Holy hell.....

Professor,
Could you explain this one when you get a chance?
1.E.9.
The Delta MEC Chairman may, at his option, approve the use by a carrier engaged in international partner flying of a trade name, brand, logo, trademarks, service marks, aircraft livery or aircraft paint scheme currently or in the future utilized by the Company or any Company affiliate.
Where did that come from? And why?

Problem is according to Wikipedia Skymark is a low cost 738 operator or if Haneda. Outside of having access to Haneda I don't see a match but there was that article previously linked earlier today about them approaching Delta.
I'm thinking more Shanghai? But I'd course I fly a DC9 derivative out of atlanta that supposedly melts if flown west of Dallas, what do I know.
Thanks for trying to find out professor.

They can now assign short call before 10am on the first day back? This is a huge problem being a reserve guy and having to commute. They can make 6 billion dollars with the current policy on reserve and sick leave why are such significant concessions needed in these areas?

Yes, 7/1/2015.
If the TA passes you would see retro pay (12 days) in your July 30, 2015 paycheck.
And as I said earlier post, Delta's earnings report is on July 15, 2015.
It's not just about the money we made in the quarter, it's about management beating their chest at the earnings report that the biggest union on property has a contract. And Delta will be able to have more flexibility in their fleet and pilots will be more productive and so on. And that one quarter of profits has funded the pilot contract for the next 13 quarters.
