No was 3 full bases and 2 split bases.
Might some of the instructors be trying to work their way into management? And also a very small portion of the pilot group. And Atlanta has double the reps of every other base. I think this might be the first ever TA to be voted down at Delta. I'm all for converting profit sharing to pay rates, but I think most people were hoping for more than a 1% effective raise on jan 1st. This sick policy business makes me sick though. We are in a profession that should never be bullied into flying sick. We also have many many more things we can't fly with than a typical desk job person can go to work with. Took a mucin ex DM for a cold? 48 hours down time. Had a mild sports injury that healed quickly but initially needed pain killers? 48 hour no-fly. Flying with a head cold? Not only is it torture, it can cause serious health problems. I want to know more about this third party crap. I don't know about you guys but when I feel sick I don't even want to leave the house to go to my own doctor 5 minutes away unless I have to.

I'm mostly a lurker here and rarely post. The definition of "silent majority" has my picture next to it.
I've voted yes on every contract since 2000.
I'm voting HELL NO on C2015. Not even close. Why my rep would even consider sending it forward is mindboggling.
I've never been interested in DPA. A month ago I would have laughed if someone offered me a card. I would have asked if they were still around.
Today there's a card in my mailbox with the ink still drying.
First, we're going to vote down this POS TA. Then we're going to talk about representation. If DPA can reign in the loonies and find some leadership then I'm listening.

Sign a DPA card and get everyone else you see as well.
Signing a DPA card is not a vote for DPA, it is to have a runoff between ALPA and DPA.
Make your voice heard. Obviously our survey and letters meant nothing to them.

We must do both. Signing a DPA card takes a minute or two.
We have to make our voices heard.

Yup. So I am upset with some of the elected reps but tired of the solution being to recall the elected reps. The solution is the mass firing of all UNELECTED ALPA workers. Need a clean house. Never let any of them work for ALPA again, in any capacity, ever. And I would like that in writing please. That won't happen so I am dropping DPA card and donation.

Tim Caplinger is simply a placeholder until a president is elected.
He has said over and over he will not run for DPA office.
DALPA 's main plan to keep us down is to attack Caplinger. It absolutely could not be worse.

Now you sound like ALPA. I sent in my DPA card. It flat out says on the card that I want to decertify ALPA and bring in DPA. That's like telling the reps to vote yes to give the pilots a choice on this TA even if they wanted to vote no.

Sorry jerry, I can't sign a card as long as Caplinger is involved. He severely detracts from the organization. Surely someone else can hold that place.
