I disagree with this idea that it should go to us to vote, I think they need to vote for what's in our best interest, which is clearly going back to the negotiating table and tweaking a few things. Going through an entire vote of the pilot group is so much more than just voting no and going back and changing a few percentages. Like give us 8, 8, 3, 3, (my example not meant to be taken literally as what I think we should get!) and make the profit sharing number 3.5 and change the lca trip hold to 25% and of course no retroactive sick leave verification that is absolutely ridiculous.

Assume Delta makes 6 Billion
Old method = 2.5B * 10% + 3.5B * 20% = 950 million for all emploees.
New method = 6B * 10% = 600 million for all employees.
So, the difference for all employees is 350 million. You figure the pilot share of that is maybe 150 million at the most, but there is no way you can have the savings for just the pilots be more than the total for all employees!
