So obtuse you are .

United and American both pay the a330 and the 767-400 in the same band as the 777.

Incidentally, they pay the 747 and a380 in a separate band.

Soon, we will have no 747s and will be a predominately an a330 airline.

ALPA prides themselves on pattern bargaining, which you well know how it works.

They out right failed by being unable to match those rates.

So, for a guy like you oh has been relegated to 767 for what likely is the remainder of your short career here, unless you get lucky enough to hold an a330, you will never see the financial gains that an AMR or UAL pilot will for doing the same job on the same airplane.

Keeping medical information private (it has certificate implications) is a very high priority for most pilots. Not to mention the diminished safety (pilot pushing) of threatening/harassing pilots to fly "or else we will conduct our own audit/interpretation of what your medical records say". Further, there is deeply personal and potentially embarrassing info wrapped into your medical records. Do you want people rifling around there that don't belong? It's really insane this is being proposed and signed off by those who are supposed to represent and protect your rights. So many things wrong with this TA.
In my opinion the company knows to much of our personal health history. Just in the past year and a half I have gotten calls from "Delta Health Services". One was to see if I needed counseling for my weight problem... I asked, how did you get my BIM number, and she told me that it was from the physical I took to get the extra health care dollars. The second instance was when I had bronchitis. The Dr. prescribed an inhaler. a short time later they asked if I needed any information on controlling my Asthma! Once Dr. Foster is installed as the Director of health services, he can, by himself, end your career. that "medical release" can disqualify you from line flying until HE is satisfied that you meet the FAA medical guidelines. The Heart attack example they gave in day one was an exaggeration, but there are a lot of things that can disqualify you from having a medical, and they don't need your permission to do it either! HIPPA privacy only prevents doctors and hospitals from giving out your information WITHOUT your consent. Delta is self insured. Every prescription you have ever had filled is on file with DHS

Well duuuuuh. Every airline out there has more bigger airplanes than we do. duuuuuh. You guys want this productivity pay. You got it. Embrace it.

The pay banding argument (and others) have been made ad nauseam only to the retorts of "But. Bigger. has. To. Pay. More. Because. They make. More. For. the. Company." NOW, you want pay banding like AAL. Why is that? And it is I that is being obtuse? Seriously Clark?

Oh, and I am very happy on the 767. Even if I could hold the 330 I have zero intention of bidding it thank you very much.

I'm just going on what I'm hearing from q and a. That is what I heard. And I can only imagine, giving them carte Blanche to set up an independent Gestapo squad that they will go all out. THIS was what I said in 2012. This is the endgame. This is all about control over YOU. The only way to stop this is to stop playing the game we are being forced to play by DALPA at the company's behest. DALPA wants the raise. They don't care how they get it.
