The PTIX proposed changes also call for including executives in the employee pay pool. That dilutes our share of the PS pie significantly.

You won't see a slide or a talking point from Shinner with that nugget.

Its just as silly to replace DC-10's with 757's, and 747's with A330's and 757's with 737-900's... what did Delta replace their L1011's with?

Oh, and I am still waiting on how you think our JV change to block hours is a good thing.

It is currently being debated in open session.

I'll get you facts and not my opinion on it when it is concluded.

Sorry for the delay.

Let the process work (hopefully) If we don't get the product we think we should have then reps need to be recalled and all that stuff. I think it would be an enormous mistake to go independent. For example: You think dpa could deliver a scope clause like swa? Seriously? (I don't think they are going to be able to keep the one they have either btw) You and I better get our resumes dusted off if dpa were successful though, and at least you better get used to the idea of being in a mad dog right seat.. Or C2K + inflation? On day 1? rotflmao. All puff and no substance is what it is.

T,

You need further clarification on language and you are keeping an open mind. I don't. How is my response emotional. It has been proven to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that what we have in place is broken.

Until this TA, I agreed with the assessment that Jerry was over the top. I no longer agree with that. Jerry was right. He may have gotten a few details wrong, but he was right more than he was wrong.

You may be okay being a frog in a boiling pot of water...that is your emotional response. My response is from years of proof, yet you characterize it as emotional.

If I should get used to being in the right seat of a maddog, you should too.

I thought they got stock options instead? Can we get stock options if they get profit sharing?

I don't dispute any of that. Except that the dpa is not the answer; to anything. Let's agree to disagree, 'kay?

Pm coming at ya.

I'm not a DPA supporter, but your catastrophising of what an independent union would bring is a bit much. My concerns, if this gets to memory rat, are that a group that is sheepish enough to vote for this POS doesn't have the cajones to push hard enough to better their situation.
