Details on Delta TA

If the E190s are growth, and we took all 739s, 717s, 52 E190s and kept 88s and parked the supposed 60 ish 752s (total and DCI went to 425.... I see a ratio of 2.1 to 2.2.
I only see 1.8 if you keep our current fleet and DCI goes to 425.
If that's right, why set baseline at status quo? Why not put up or shut up, if its growth make the min ratio match?

I was told the same thing by several reps. The new agreement preserves what we have and could end up better as we up gauge the Atlantic flying and AF/KLM down guage as per their current fleet plans. I want to see the numbers to verify it but the reps seem to have no issue with this. They have issues in other areas but not this one.
In fact, our BH is LIMITED to 50% +/- 1%. So even if we wanted to fly more frequencies, we can't. I want those jobs at Delta!

I don't think it's too much to ask allowing pilots a means to check their votes and reconcile with the system pilot wide. Especially with something as important as this TA. The fact our union resists such transparency raises flags.................................... again.

The LCA carve-out of trips is a horrendous concession in my mind, but it does solve some company problems with the massive OE flood that is on the way for a decade. In some ways, company problems are my problems too. What are some other ways the company can solve this problem?
If I have it right, the FAA requires 25 hours of OE but Delta's policy is 35 (with schedulers scheduling roughly 40). How about we just require the FAA mandate, and schedule no more than 30? Naturally, we leave LCA bidding as is.
Thoughts? Surely there are better ideas, but I haven't heard this discussed much.
