I can't believe we're even debating scope relaxation, sick leave concessions, and less of a raise than c12. Good grief. At least we only have to wait until 2017 for the big 1% DC bump!

so if in NYC, if all LCA bid the commutable trips in a small category than there are FOs that will not get commutable trips?
