How do you propose to determine which one of the two is lying considering that this is an anonymous forum? Second question is how would Carl know who a poster is on an anonymous forum? Third question, Carl claims that Shiznet was a rep during C2012, can he provide any evidence to back up that claim?

That was the situation with the 117 LOA. An agreement had been reached, and official details were released to the line pilots prior to TA ratification.
That is NOT what is happening here. You've got PD and Jerry acting a fool and just throwing crap up against the wall.
In another week or 2, maybe there will be something more concrete. Right now nothing is in concrete and is particularly in flux as the final compensation package figures haven't even been exchanged.
I do agree that it is critical that appropriate details be released to the pilot group (just like in the 117 LOA) prior to the debate and vote to accept the TA to send it to memory rat. Once it goes to memory rat, it historically is not turned down.

I would just offer that since we are in constant negotiations with the company outside of section 6 these days (117 as an example) releasing the survey is a leg up for the company and hurts the dalpa negotiators and therefore us.
You can disagree. But I think that may be the assumption being operated under by not releasing results.

Lots of people. Before he took this latest job, he was flying for Delta while working as a paid consultant for the United pilots during their seniority list integration with Continental. Now there's a lawsuit alleging a number of things. One of the allegations is that he dropped all his Delta trips and was paid full flight pay loss, while working as a paid consultant for the United pilots.
Many of us here remember when he got fired from his MEC administration position for his actions during C2012, he was here bragging that it was fine because he was making much more money flying the line and working his side business. When we found out what his side business was, he stopped posting here. When the consultation gig ended with United pilots, he won election back to the MEC administration.
He is supposed to be on our side. The truth is that he's on his side.
One thing you have to note is his dogged determination to acquire power. No matter how many times he's fired or blocked, he finds another way to get back in.

I do disagree because it actually empowers the negotiators. Most importantly, it keeps everyone honest and hurts their ability to cut side deals in the shadows. Regardless, there's absolutely no excuse for not releasing survey results after the contract is ratified by pilots. Yet the union's position is to never release them. That's simply stubborn arrogance.

Carl, you selectively read my post.
Because the union is in ongoing negotiations; our survey is used as a guiding document as time goes on. It's not a star chamber issue. Although it may seem like that I think there is a good reason for keeping them closely held.
